This study encompasses various aspects of workshop practices, aimed at imparting basic working knowledge of different engineering materials, tools, equipment, manufacturing processes, fundamental concepts of electro-mechanical controls of machine tools, production criteria, characteristics, and applications of various testing instruments and measuring or inspecting devices used for assessing components or products manufactured in different manufacturing shops within an industrial setting.
