The emphasis is on fundamental knowledge concerning the composition, properties, and applications of various raw materials, different production processes, the replacement or improvement of numerous outdated processes, new and compact designs, enhanced dimensional accuracy, faster production methods, improved surface finishes, increased alternatives to existing materials and tooling systems, automatic and numerical control systems, higher mechanization, and greater output.
